COVID-19 Shipping: A message to our Pretty Natural Girl Cosmetics family and friends. Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and our customers. We adhere completely with state recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines.


What does this mean for you?

  • Processing times may be delayed. Processing times are generally within 3-7 business days* although currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
  • We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.

 Keep in Mind

  • Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 2-3 business days after the order is placed
  • A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
  • Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number
  • International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates
  • All prices are quoted in the US Dollar currency

*Please understand that business days do not include weekends or holidays such as New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, etc.

Melting Policy and Product Preservation

We do our best to ensure all products are handled with care from packing to shipping. Due to the increased temperatures, your products that would normally be firm upon arrival may be melted or extremely soft. The integrity of the product will not change. Once products are shipped, in transit to you home the temperature will rise. We will be incorporating thermal mailer packaging to help slow down the melting process. Keep products in a cool and/or room temperature area.
